It's from "Théâtre St-Denis" in Montréal during her Incognito show. You're right Vic Céline was 21 on the first vid but only 19 years old on this one. She had a huge success with that show....it seems like it was yesterday! That was the first time Céline sang some english songs in one of her show. They talk about her talent, her extraordinary voice, the success of her show (they both attented and adored) and how amazing she was and that it was full of humor also.
