La star Céline Dion est enceinte de son deuxième enfant. Elle réalise enfin ce rêve qu’elle attend depuis déjà quelques années en compagnie de son mari René Angelil.

 

Le couple n’a pas voulu faire de commentaires dans l’immédiat préférant profiter en toute intimité de ce bonheur si espéré.

 

Le premier enfant du couple, René-Charles, a huit ans. Il est né le 25 janvier 2001.

 

Céline Dion a fait appel à la même grande équipe de New-York du docteur Zev Rosenwaks, devenu un ami de la famille pour être enceinte de nouveau.

 

La star a toujours parlé ouvertement de l’utilisation des techniques de fertilité et appuyé le combat que mène son amie Julie Snyder pour permettre aux couples infertiles d’avoir accès à ces avancées médicales et à espérer vivre le bonheur d’être parent.

 

Depuis la fin de sa tournée en mars dernier, Céline Dion mettait toutes les chances de son côté pour devenir une seconde fois maman.

 

Il lui a fallu être patiente car à la fin de sa tournée au printemps, très fatiguée, les médecins lui ont suggéré de bien se reposer et de traiter une infection avant de se soumettre à sa technique de fécondation assistée. Or, il y a une semaine, Céline et René se sont rendus à New-York pour les traitements de fertilité et hier, ils ont appris qu’elle était enceinte. Le temps s’est soudainement arrêté, laissant place à ce grand bonheur.

 

Céline Dion a toujours dit que sa plus belle réalisation était son fils René-Charles et que son plus grand bonheur serait de lui donner un frère ou une soeur et qu’elle pensait souvent à cet embryon congelé à New York laissé derrière il y a huit ans.

 

À 41 ans, elle savait que le temps pouvait devenir son ennemi mais elle a toujours fait confiance en la vie.

 

« Je n’ai jamais voulu que la chanteuse prenne le dessus sur ma vie de femme et de mère », confiait-elle dans une récente entrevue.

Yeah I know, that part sounded weird to me too, and now it's driving me crazy! I want them to confirm so we can start celebrating! But if it wasn't true, they'd probably just respond, and say it's not true, wouldn't they? Also it's not like a lot of articles where they say "according to sources" or "friends of the couple" either. They sounded kind of sure, rather than speculative. Ahhhh come on, release a statement already!

I'm searching for more news sources, but nothing yet. It's 5:30am in Montreal and the US east coast so perhaps a little later in the morning we will hear more news. Also, maybe when L.A. wakes up we'll get news on people.com, perez etc. This will be big news if its true so, if these articles are correct I'm sure we'll hear more as the day progresses. I'm thinking Montreal is her home, they'll always get the first word, and I don't think they would lie about Celine. If it were any other news source but Montreal I would be more skeptical but since both of the main french papers in MTL already posted it, it seems to me that its true
