Celine's Special appearance on Touched By An Angel

I dont know about anyone else, but I have been waiting for Celine's episode of Touched By An Angel to come to DVD for YEARS! Now, its coming! Here's the news from TV on DVD!!

 

Celine's episode will be on the 'Hope' collection. Each DVD will have 4 episodes! You may already own this episode on VHS, but we all know, DVD is much better! You can pre-order it from amazon now here

Anyone else find it a bit ironic that all these items are being released and re-released now that they've pushed back the TC tour dvd release date? I think they are just doing this to try and tide fans over till next year when the TC dvd comes out, it's not gonna work. I mean yeah I'm happy to have the TAST dvd and the 3 CD collection because those are things I don't have and I've yet to see the TAST concert because at the time it aired I wasn't a fan yet. I still don't think they should try buy us off with more re-releases of old stuff, I would prefer the tour dvd.

Agreed, the only way Sony can make it up to me is if Christmas day they send a package to my house with Celine inside. Though, I do have to say, in the end, when the TC DVD is finally released, we'll have more Celine items than had they released the TC DVD this November -- yes, I know there is an instant respond to that, but I'm doing everything in my power to find the positive, not working well. I want brand new Celine items!!!!

Thanks for letting us know about this release. I love this episode of Touched By An Angel. (Not just because Celine's in it.) It'll be nice to be able to watch it without having to hook up my VCR.

I had been a fan for a little while when this episode was on Finnish TV. I remember not knowing Céline was going to make a special appearance until a friend of mine phoned me to let me know about it. I went and taped the episode just because of Céline. I still have the VHS.

AWWWW!!!! I'm soo glad that this is coming out on dvd...I wasn't a fan when it came on so I don't have it...I mean I was a fan but I wasn't like OOOHHH that's Celine Dion ya know. Anyways, this is something my mom will actually watch without criticizing Celine because she loves Touched By An Angel, I remember she used to make us go to bed just so she could watch it.

LAS VEGAS -- Celine Dion dedicated a special Mother's Day performance of her Las Vegas show "A New Day...," created by DRAGONE at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, to raise money for the victims of the Asian tsunami. Proceeds from the Sunday, May 8 show, totaling more than $1,029,714 were donated to UNICEF's Tsunami Recovery Fund to help with relief and reconstruction efforts in the tsunami-affected region.

I've only found the Holiday collection at Walmart....I haven't found the Hope one yet.
