Taking Chances Remixes

I have to say there seem to be some quite good remixes of this song that i never knew about haha! Just wondering if theyre floating on promo vinyl or not coz i never seem to see any?

I particularly like the hot Tracks mix and Matt piso remixes!! The matt Piso one: I love how it slows down the line from the eurythmics song and makes it sound like how it was originally sung! But yet it still fits the song - really clever love it!

But you bring an interesting comment. There are many remixes, but not available on the CD singles or CD promos I've seen floating around.

i dont ever go in celine discussions anymore haha it bores me to death- and this is about remixes so i guess it belongs here - im LOVING the mixes.

Yeah I really like what Matt Piso did, it's really interesting, not just a load of electronic mixing which can get a bit boring about 6 minutes in!

Jason Nevins is another great Taking Chances mix.

Agree that my main port of call is the collector's guide, don't spend too long in the discussions area, this is where it's at. Guess that's why I know we're true collector's.

haha - yeh - well the main forum talks about the same topics over and over and ovvver again - uhhhh...at least here u always get something new. ha.

yeh i like the JN mix but ive had that for a while now so am a bit bored of it haha - i love these ones tho!

Oh Meant to say, I also love the Taking chances (i-Soul remix radio edit) That's ace! (Like i say, I prefer the edited versions 3-5 minutes is enough usually)

i really don;t like the i soul one lately most of her remixes suck! especially the A-shitty boys with EOM! :puke:

IMO her best ones are IACBTMN classic paradise mix, THLAL metro club mix and IDAN hex hector vocal mix!!! :dance: :dance:

yeh i like those- but not the IDAN one coz thats just cheesy euro....i think the my heart will go on ones were some of the best and to love you more anthem mix remains one of my faves

Oh I really love i-soul, especially the muffled "Never knowing if there's solid ground below" And I always preferred the Ric Wake THLAL (I edited it down a bit for my own use) I think that it's better than the original. Hex Hector is a good mix of IDAN, like the opening, but I always prefer to get to Celine sooner!

A Cause was one of her greatest remixes (the radio edit of course) and I know few agree, but I really like Maurice Joshua's I'm Alive!
