She doesn't need to belt the song out - not even those couple of notes in the last part - but if it was sang with just the piano and her it would change it up a bit for those of us who are bored with it, and still please those who want to hear it no matter what.

I second that vote!!! ((even though I want to hear the song no matter what)) Ohh my goodness I really hope she brings more of the the Early 90's and TC to the new shows! I'll always love the LTAL-ANDHC era songs, but I would DIE to hear songs from TCOML, FIY, and Her self titled album...and don't even get me started on the french songs! Ofcourse I'll love w/e she sings in her upcoming shows, because I'll be too busy being in heaven.

I wish she could still sound the same singing it as she did during and the year following its release. I was just watching an old video of her singing it on Jay Leno and it sounded so much like the track (it wasn't lip synced, though).

That was so cool Actually I've always loved the piano version played by James Horner on the Titanic soundtrack, "Portrait" I think it was the title of this piano version

 

It's incredible that anyone had made this before with this song, after all the 9.482.376 times she has performed it and the 2.475 remixes and different versions they've made of this song

OH MY GOSH! I'm bawling! That was so beautiful! I really have no preference on how Celine chooses to perform this song. It was because of this song that I fell in love with Celine. That and I've dedicated it to a very wonderful friend of mine who passed away in 2006 in a car crash with a drunk driver. He was only 18. So you can see why i'm emotional. Very awesome take on MHWGO.

I love the original too but the trouble is we all know Celine won't sing that version live. So if she sang it with just a piano and sang with emotion rather than technically correct there's no reason for her to not sing it live. I think its a good idea to have just Celine and Mego performing MHWGO - it'll make a change, and also she wouldn't have to do that song as the finale anymore either. Near the end, sure, but have a different song to end. Like the beginning of AND where she sang WAWW last.

I personally don't mind listening to this song live/lipped/same version/different version.

it reminds me of the version from World Children's Day with David Foster on the piano. I think I like that version better since there's an orchestra with the piano. Either that or this I find to be very refreshing from the LTAL version.

No She didn't, they just did another production and change the last "My Heart Will Go On And OoooooooooOOOOOnnnn" part. But it's not a re-recording
