So so sudden! Her death doesn't even like feel real! Its hard to imagine how hard this must be for her family! My heart is heavy for them right now! Timster Posted March 19, 2009 at 05:13 PM Posted March 19, 2009 at 05:13 PM RIP Natasha. I hate skiing, it causes so many injuries and deaths every year. A teacher at my school broke both of her legs in a skiing accident 2 years ago, she was in a wheelchair for months and she still can't walk without crutches... Quote
amyja89 Posted March 20, 2009 at 08:30 AM Posted March 20, 2009 at 08:30 AM The Broadway lights were dimmed last night in honour of Natasha's life. That's quite a touching tribute. Quote

I would LOVE to see a full video of her as the lead in Cabaret. Such a difficult role - and to win a TONY for it! Her career is so interesting....because she was capable of greatness - yet choosed so FEW projects. She was a beautiful person - and I will always have that image of her in parent trap, with that sweet mom smile. Quote

ennostiel Posted March 29, 2009 at 01:18 AM Posted March 29, 2009 at 01:18 AM RIP... Oh I liked Natasha a lot, really a lot, ever since I saw 'The parent trap" years ago. She was always so warm, elegant, funny, just lovely and so talented. And I'm named Natasha (well Natasza actually but it's just a difference in spelling), so I've always felt a sort of bond with her... and my mom has just turned 45, my God that's so much too soon to die. I'll always remember Natasha and pray that her family gets over this tragedy somehow... Quote Ce n'est qu'en te croisantQue j'ai su, j'ai compris... SensationalCeline Posted March 29, 2009 at 02:01 AM Posted March 29, 2009 at 02:01 AM This was sad and a terrible accident. I think they need to make the ski routes safer for people. Quote http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg280/spoiledrottenbrat4063/Celine%20Dion/CELINESIGGY.jpg
Belle Céline Posted April 6, 2009 at 05:45 AM Posted April 6, 2009 at 05:45 AM I blame the ski resort for not making it mandatory to wear a helmet when its known that you can die from head injuries while skiing. Belle Céline Posted June 4, 2009 at 05:48 AM Posted June 4, 2009 at 05:48 AM (edited) this company should be absolutely ASHAMED for even thinking about running this ad and the person who came up with it should apologize to the Neeson-Redgrave family! Death should never equate to free shipping. British equipment dealer Skiwear4Less.com sent a promotional email to all subscribers on March 18 telling them about the tragic death of Natasha Richardson...and advertising ski helmets at a discounted rate. The warehouse's email has since been slammed and banned by the U.K.'s Advertising Standards Authority because, according to Brand Republic, "the watchdog felt that reporting the event in such a manner in order to sell ski helmets was likely to cause offence and be conceived as insensitive to recipients." Indeed, the mass-mailer featured a photograph of the star and offered details of her passing alongside a strong sales pitch. "The actress fell and hit her head during a supervised ski lesson on a nursery slope. She was not wearing a helmet at the time," the notice said. Later, it changed its tune completely. "As a ski retailer and ski enthusiasts, our thoughts go out to the family during this tragic time," it said. "We hope this doesn't discourage future skiers from participating in this exciting and invigorating sport. To encourage the wearing of ski helmets, we have reduced the prices of both kids and adults ski helmets and are offering FREE POSTAGE on all ski helmets." The winter sport stuff seller claims the notice was a newsletter—not promotional material—and was sent in response to Liam Neeson's wife's passing. The ASA determined that the intent was to sell helmets and said sensitive events should be handled with more care. They concluded that the email should not be used again. Natasha Richardson How COMPLETELY insensitive. Yes it's true she didn't use a helmet, but they are basically using this to MARKET themselves What the FLKDSAJLFKASDF. "You know someone suffered immensely. resulting in death because we didn't recommend a helmet, but ALL THAT MATTERS IS THAT YOU GET FREE POSTAGE ON ALL SKI HELMETS!!" Basically that is what i see going through their minds gr Quote

I saw pictures yesterday, of Joely, her daughter and some other girl leaving an apartment holding a book of Natasha's things, and it just hit me all over again, that she's definitely not here anymore Joely is NOT looking well either. I totally understand, but something has completely changed in her. Her eyes look cold, and she's about 30lb's underweight, her hair is getting thinner .. Vanessa seems to be pulling through though. Good for her Quote

Good for her I haven't saw any recent photo's of Joely, can you send me the link to these photo's? Well I can imagine how hard it is for Joely. She and Tash seemed very very close and to lose someone your so close to is devistating. I know I lost my mom, for a long time I didn't want to do anything, eat, get out of bed, go do anything with my friends. I just wanted to stay home in bed.
