For a while, it was Celine in love with Rene, and she knew Rene felt the same way, but since she was young, he didn't do anything. So that's pretty much why Maman Dion wrote a bad letter to René, the letter was saying like: I had trust in you to work with my daughter but I was wrong, because you betray me when you fell in love with Celine, It was pretty rude. In the book you have the letter and when the guys read it to René, René was like: How did you get this ???? And the guys said in the book. and René was like: IT'S the letter !!!
