Celcool Posted May 25, 2005 at 07:30 PM Posted May 25, 2005 at 07:30 PM Someone asked me what I think are the best songs by Celine, I'm not sure which I'd recommend listening to. Which ones do you all think would make someone who's not familiar with Celine songs a fan of our diva? Thanks for your replies. Quote
AllCeline Posted May 25, 2005 at 07:32 PM Posted May 25, 2005 at 07:32 PM I've thought about this a LOT as well. If you ask me, I'd recommend the ANDHC album Quote http://i34.tinypic.com/9ybm.jpghttp://i54.tinypic.com/o56kr5.jpghttp://i54.tinypic.com/vhqqu9.jpg>> flickr | WordPress <<Celine Dion needs another ANDHC/OH album! No more Taking Chances--just do what works!

nano Posted May 25, 2005 at 07:40 PM Posted May 25, 2005 at 07:40 PM hmm....I'd play songs which haven't been heard on the radio...if the person is a rock fan..I'd play Celine's French rock songs...and if the person is more like Britney fan...I'd play e.g I'm alive or Love is all we need etc..and if the person likes jazz/blues...I'd play Tous les blues sont écrits pour toi etc... Koolan Posted May 25, 2005 at 09:14 PM Posted May 25, 2005 at 09:14 PM I'd throw in a mix of ballads, rock, uptempo, dance songs. You don't want to be confined to only one genre, it also depends on what type of music that person likes. My picks off the top of my head: A New Day Has Come (ballad version)PQTMEDeclaration of LoveMisledDestinSSDJTETen DaysJe Lu DuraiTo Love You MoreI Drove All Night there are of couse many more that could be added. VanMerlin Posted May 26, 2005 at 04:22 PM Posted May 26, 2005 at 04:22 PM I would choose something that goes against what people normally think of when they think of Celine. I'd stay away from the sappy ballads and go with something more edgy or fun, or maybe even something that has her interesting vocal prowess, like the live versions of Le Ballet. Something a person wouldn't expect from the Celine portrayed by "Titanic" or Easy Listenings radio stations. Quote
cdfan Posted May 28, 2005 at 10:34 AM Posted May 28, 2005 at 10:34 AM I know that many non fans of Celine like The power of love & bacause you loved me so I think that you should try these ones... By the way my grandma likes Sous le vent very very much Quote
