I never thought about "the missing arm" because you can't see it on the cover of the CD, at least on the cover of my version. The photoshoot had so many other more beautiful pictures that they could've used in my opinion. It's fine for a cover, but she doesn't really look herself that much in that specific picture. Though I think her outfit looks great! Hair might be a little strange.
