Lymon Posted February 4, 2009 at 01:02 AM Posted February 4, 2009 at 01:02 AM I know i'll probably be alone on this, considering this is a Celine Dion board, but I love Ozzy's music. I think his debut album Blizzard of Ozz is incredible(Randy Rhoads' guitar solos are incredible, especially on Mr. Crowley), and I just downloaded No More Tears today. I'm loving that album so far. I also love his Black Sabbath work. When I put some more iTunes Gift Cards on my account, i'm gonna buy his 2007 album Black Rain. I know I might be alone, but any fans? VintageCeline Posted February 5, 2009 at 01:18 PM Posted February 5, 2009 at 01:18 PM I have to say that I'm a fan too. I actually love him, I don't know what it is about him but I really do. I don't really listen to his music much anymore though, but I am a fan x Quote http://24.media.tumblr.com/94198518f8a09aef1d336d6fde8fc8b3/tumblr_mkdcezs36X1r7lwiso1_400.jpg

Lymon Posted February 16, 2009 at 04:10 PM Author Posted February 16, 2009 at 04:10 PM (edited) New album will be out in November http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/inde...s-on-new-album/ Ozzy Osbourne has put his annual Ozzfest on hold for 2009, opting instead to spend more time working on his follow-up to 2007’s Black Rain, what will be the legend’s 10th studio album. Ozzfest has had some tumultuous treks in recent years: The traveling festival became a free event that relied on sponsorship in 2007, while 2008 saw Ozzfest being reduced to a one-day event in Texas where “Dimebag” Darrell Abbott was honored with a heavy superjam. It’s hard to imagine that the recession didn’t have something to do with the cancellation of Ozzfest, especially considering touring is where artists make most of their money and Ozzy openly complained after Black Rain came out that fans weren’t buying his CD. Plus, Ozzy and family have that awful new Osbournes variety show Osbournes: Reloaded due out on Fox soon, so perhaps that too complicated matters in terms of planning a tour or anchored festival. This year marks the first time since 1996 that there will be no Ozzfest, but a statement said Osbourne hopes to bring the fest back in 2010. As for that still-untitled new album, the Blizzard of Ozz is working with producer Kevin Churko and hopes to release it by Thanksgiving 2009. So excited for this album. I hope it's as good as Black Rain . Not sure what to think about the Variety show, though. Rosie's variety show flopped so I wouldn't be shocked if this one did.
