What's the best time in June to photograph Eiffel Tower with yellow and orange sky?

Hi all

 

I will visit Paris June. I'd like to know what the best time to take a picture the Eiffel with yellow and orange sky. I know the sun will set around 9:45 PM but I just want to ask for the exact time. :P
