rcat35 Posted January 24, 2009 at 10:44 AM Posted January 24, 2009 at 10:44 AM I've looked through lots of the wallpapers on here and boy they are brilliant - there are some REALLY tallented people on here! I would like to have a try myself as not many of the walls are for my computer screen 1024 x 768. Can anybody give me some advice on a really good program that is relatively easy to use? Thanks for any help you can give Rose Quote
Thomas Posted January 24, 2009 at 12:04 PM Posted January 24, 2009 at 12:04 PM Hi Rose, I make my wallpapers in 1024 size, so maybe there is something there you might like. But it's great you want to try and make your own! I use Paint Shop Pro because I find it easier than Photoshop, but there are some good free programs too. A few members here use GIMP. Maybe you could try that? I'm sure people can give you some tutorials if you get stuck although it seems pretty easy to use. Quote

wolfepaw Posted January 30, 2009 at 06:31 AM Posted January 30, 2009 at 06:31 AM Rose, I use GIMP quite a bit and there's a new version out that is an improvement over the last one. If you need help with it, let me know and I'd be happy to help. Quote http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k85/wolfepaw/Celine%20Dion/CelineTCinGermanySiglayerstrimmed.jpg
