What Céline song has the deepest meaning to you and why? Right now I'd have to say that "Ce N'etait Qu'un Réve" has the deepest meaning for me. Why? Because even though I have no clue what she is saying, because I don't understand french, she is saying,"Go for the GOLD. Go for your life's ambitions." I just started hearing this song yesterday and it made me because it's a powerful song. We all know how that is with Céline's music, right? "c'est n'etait qu'un reve" has a very big meaning for me too, because it reminds me that you can do whatever you want and that every dream can come true.

 

But rigth now the deepest meaning has "you and i", because almost everything that happened to me sence i first heard the song it's thanksed to it.This song helped me get to a very hard time and make the right decisions.And it's still helping me...

I agree that it does depend on the mood, but there are times when we listen to a song that makes us think of the deep meaning because it has helped us to get through a certain point in our lives. Joel I agree. It depends on the mood, and the events that are taking place in your life. ANDHC has had meaning to me on many occasions, graduating high school (that's around when it first came out), starting college, and my new job to just name a few. BYLM has deep meaning for me, I feel that way about my grandmother. GBTSW had meaning when my great-grandmother passed away, she was sort of the "momma" of the family. I can go on and on. It's hard to pick because so many of her songs have meanings for so many different facets of one's life.

 

Not kidding, at this moment, the whole Miracle album has meaning to me. Again not kidding, I just burned the whole CD and labeled it "naptime" CD for my preschool class that I'm teaching at Tutor Time. I'm going to bring it in tomorrow and play it while the kids have their naptime. How appropriate is that???? I can enjoy it while they are sleeping, so I'd have something to help me keep my sanity with those kids. LOL Such a comforting and soothing CD. Right now, they listen to some nature CD with waterfalls, birds, waves etc, and I have to struggle to stay awake myself. With this CD, I'll definitely not want to miss a thing on it so I won't feel like i'm falling asleep.

O Well it ideed depends on the time, Sometimes it is a English song and sometimes a French song

Yesterday I listend to Would I Know for the first times and But I can't say it will always be this song If I have to answer this question again next week it can be any other song..

That's funny, so far, they are not a bit fazed. I on the other hand enjoyed every minute of it. In fact, i was called in to take my lunch break, and I was pissed because it was while the album was playing and I wanted to hear it. To my surprise, when I came back after an hour, the other teacher in the room played it again. I guess she liked it too!

Well, there are a lot of Celine songs, which have special meanings to me, but "Goodbye's" is one of my favourite. I "have given" this song to my Mom on Valentine's Day a few years ago. Maybe this sounds curious to you, but my parents are the next generation, who will leave us one day. Celine said nearly all in this song and I wanted to let my Mom (also my Dad) know how much I love her/them and they should know this for the next 20 year. I translated the lyric to German and they understood my message. I have noticed life can be finished sooner than we want and I don't want to be on this earth without speaking out the feelings I have.

Mmm, I'd say it's "The Prayer (with Adrea Bocceli)". The title of the song says everything. It has a strong connection with faith and God. It almost made me cry once. The lyrics are so powerful. The melody sounds sad and calm, and then in the end it gets stronger and more intense. It is a prayer to God, and it gives me faith whenever I listen to it. It's beautiful!
