Over certification?but Shania Twain's Come on Over and Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill were overcertified also. COO is certified 19x and JLP is 16x Platinum. pretty weird as Baby One More Time was released in 1999, so it's eligible to make it in this list. but on the other hand i'm thankful that she didn't make it in that list. or else, Celine will be out of the top 10. Not overcertification but the numbers sold in music clubs are not counted by soundscan. celine's FIY is undercertified because with all music club sales she should be around 13xP Quote
