We wanted to buy tickets for september, they would go on sale today at 10:00 am. We made sure we had anything worked out fine, completely ready for the sale, half an hour before the start time we were already online. At 10:00 sharp the magical words 'Find tickets' appeared, we filled in our Team Celine-number and continued and guess what? IT DID NOT WORK! We tried and tried and tried but the site said there were no tickets available! I thought I would get a heart-attack but we kept trying... Me online and my friend by phone, but nothing! At about 10:30 it finally worked. I DON'T BELIEVE THIS! TICKETMASTER IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN! By the way, we did manage to get tickets for CC for the 2 nights we wanted to go, but I became ten years older in half an hour from all te stress... Of course you know you will find a way to find ticets, but I am not travelling all the way from Holland to Vegas to sit at 15th row or something like that! Fortunately we were lucky enough to still get third row, I guess they had a problem with their computers, so maybe people who called did not get tickets too. I am happy after all! The other two ladies travelling to Vegas, did you manage to get nice tickes??? They sell thebiggest concerts and shows and they have a system that is suitable for many visitors. Even when I got tickets for the premiere, there was no problem. And when you look at the site now, you can still get pretty good seats so it was not extremely busy. The strange thing was that you could say how many tickets you wanted and you could go to the next page where you have to retype the word, so that worked ok. I am a professional Ticketmaster-buyer now, I think I tried to buy tickets for about 150 times (at least 5 times in one minute), so I am a true master now! I hope I don't get bad dreams tonight, about Team Céline-numbers, retyping the given word and seeing the ERROR-page 150 times in a row... We tried every night we went for a upgrade but as we had the most expensive tickets they didn't want to move us.... they suck!!! Even if you get online before the time comes, It seems they wont give you your requested tickets right away.... I can't complain, however, I still was able to get some decent seats....
