Je reviens aux nouvelles au sujet de la rencontre au Manoir, le covoiturage s'organise progressivement entre Montréal et le lieu de rassemblement ! Il nous manque actuellement une voiture à Montréal. En effet, deux fans se sont inscrits mais n'ont pas de moyen de transport.

 

Nous lançons donc un appel à ceux qui souhaitent venir : si vous avez une voiture et que vous avez de la place, contactez-nous.

 

PS : l'un des deux fans est responsable du matériel pour les surprises des concerts, il sera donc chargé !

I'd like to have some news about the meeting at the Manor. We are slowly starting to organize the carpool between Montréal and the meeting place! We currently need one car in Montréal. Indeed, two fans have registered but have no means of transport.

 

We are therefore making a plea to all of those who would like to join us: if you have a car and seats available, please contact us.

 

PS: one of the two fans is in charge of the equipment for the surprises for the shows, so he will be loaded.

1) Est-ce que tu as besoin d'un véhicule pour venir, ou est-ce que tu pourrais prendre d'autres personnes dans ta voiture ? Josh a le matériel pour faire les surprises et il a besoin d'une voiture pour se rendre au Manoir...

 

2) Le 11, nous allons tous au centre de vacances "Valcartier" qui coûte CAD$40 MAIS grâce à notre séjour au Manoir, nous avons une remise de 10%, le prix passe donc à CAD$36 par personne pour toute la journée, comprenant le repas du midi.

 

3) Pour vous deux, le prix total du séjour (sans Valcartier) coûtera 100 € :

 

- Une chambre pour vous deux ;

- Vos deux petit-déjeuners ;

- La soirée & repas de fans ;

- Votre participation aux surprises.

J'ai écrit le 27 décembre et je n'ai encore reçu aucune réponse!!

 

Je voulais savoir le coût de l'ensemble du projet et si il est possible de vous joindre seulement une journée (soît le 10, et le coût de cette journée, qui incluerais un dodo au manoir). Merci de votre réponse par mail (lonepilipo*gmail) ou mp

Bonjour JP,

 

Sur quelle adresse nous as-tu contactées ? Car nous n'avons pas reçu ton mail

 

Comme tu as pu le lire, le tarif pour une soirée est de 50 € ce qui comprend la nuit au manoir, le petit-déjeuner le lendemain, le repas après le concert du 10.

 

L'arrivée au manoir se fera en milieu de matinée le 10 et l'après-midi nous ferons différentes activités : chiens de traineau, moto-neige, ski, patinoire...

 

Sache que si tu choisis de rester deux nuits, le tarif sera de 80€ comprenant les 2 repas du soir dont le repas de fans, les 2 petits-déjeuners, la participation pour le matériel des surprises et les 2 nuits bien évidemment. Il ne faudrait pas louper la soirée de fans, c'est pourquoi il faut venir les 2 jours

 

Puis la journée du 11 se passera à Valcartier, ce qui promet d'être mémorable

 

Pour le transport, est-ce que tu sais comment tu vas t'arranger ? Car si tu as une voiture, on est preneur (ce qui permettrait à d'autres et à toi-même de partager les frais).

 

On est super contents que tu sois des nôtres et en plus on manque de Québecois (d'ailleurs, tu peux ramener tous tes amis Québecois )

Concernant la réservation / règlement du Manoir, deux possibilités s'offrent à vous :

 

1) Nous verser la totalité du séjour dès maintenant (chèque, paypal, ou virement bancaire) ;

 

2) Nous verser 50 % en acompte pour valider votre inscription, et nous donner les 50 % restant sur place- donc pour Tam, 50 € à verser maintenant (50 € pour ton ami également), et JP 25 € si tu ne restes qu'une nuit et 50 € si tu restes les 2 nuits).

 

 

Nous ne vous cachons pas que nous préférons privilégier la première solution, et que la grande majorité des participants nous ont déjà réglé entièrement. Cependant, nous comprendrons parfaitement que cela vous arrange de ne régler que la moitié maintenant, alors c'est à vous de voir et de nous dire.

 

En tout cas, nous sommes ravis de vous compter parmi nous ! Vous ne le regretterez pas.

I was trying to do a friend a favour (bus trip) and wasn't sure about getting to the manor on the 11th. I also have to be back to Montreal by a certain time on the 12th to pick up another Celine friend at the airport. However, I'm now looking into getting a lift to the manor on the 11th and will let you know if that works out. Since Laura can't commit to getting to Montreal early at this point, I'm willing to commit to your gathering in hopes of it being affordable for me. I'll keep you advised. Please also come to the lunch on Friday.

 

And no matter what, I know your gathering will be a major success. Good Luck!! T;)

au fait pourquoi "red heads" ?

Ok Red Heads, It looks like I'm 99.9% sure that I'll be coming to Valcartier and the manor on Feb 11th. My plan is to fly directly to Quebec City and meet up with a friend who has already confirmed for that day too. I'll get my lift back to Montreal with her and my hope is that my gang will want to make the stop at the Cabane a Sucre because I haven't been to one since I was a kid, and that experience is so warm to the soul and to the belly.

 

I'm very excited, just a little worried about trying to understand all of you speaking French so fast. I can communicate in basic french, but it will definitely be a challenge to try to keep up with conversations. But, I also look forward to it too. French is one of the most beautiful languages in the world. LOVE IT!! I will some day make my dream trip to live for 6 months with a french-canadian family in remote Quebec land and become bilingual, finally.
