Everytime she performed she took my breath away. Especially singing Knockin on heavens Door and Purple Rain. I was devastated when the public voted her out 5th I voted every week to try and save her. I think she did extremely well coming as far as she did, even though she wasn't British (originally coming from Spain). I know shes going to go far because her voice is amazing & very powerful. Just was wondering if there were any others who liked her or what your views were? I was blown away when she sang Purple Rain. Yeah i read she had offers from 3 record companies already but she had to turn them down becasue of the tour but i'm sure she'll get even more. Will you be seeing her on tour? Also her performances when she was in the bottom two were always stronger than before, think it's because shes fighting for it more.yeah i read that they have now moved in together, into a flat in London. Steph--xO Posted August 17, 2009 at 09:35 PM Author Posted August 17, 2009 at 09:35 PM Thanku for those nice comments Duchess i agree with everything you've said and exactly hes probably just jealous, and its ashame for Ruth considering how well she can sing Purple Rain but OMD everyone i gotta meet Ruth again sorry just posting now, but last weekend i travelled 9 hours to see Ruth in Nottingham and it was actually the best night of my whole life!! I got to go back stage with a couple of my friends i went with, once they found out how far we had travelled they somehow managed to get us backstage!! We gotta watch her press conference, get pics with her, she signed my t-shirt, we got to go in her trailer/caravan where she got ready and we got our names taken by the press and everything and this was all before she even performed then we watched her perform and we had a huge sign that said WE <3 U RUTH which she also signed!! It was incredible!! Also we gotta see her afterwards and told her how amazing she was and got another pic with her!! It was soo unbelieveable!! Im still in shock and its been a week Oh also when i went on the internet when i was home i went on to the Nottingham post site and there was a pic of Ruth signing my t-shirt i couldnt believe i was on the internet with Ruth Lorenzo!!
