I didn't see this posted anywhere but Celine made it to ONTD today. The post is here, nothing special but one of the pictures from Mexico City was posted. People there aren't the nicest so I wouldn't recommend reading the comments, but overall I think they were nicer than they usually were to her.

actually for those of you who have the sur les pleins DVD, there is a similar scene on it. She is singing with that lady and pulling up her skirt and you can clearly see her underwear. I guess if you wear a mini skirt and you get up on stage you know that the first few rows will be able to see that. I always thought she wore skin coloured hot pants under those skirts and dresses. Doesn't it look like that on the special footage of the Vegas DVD?

LOL. I don't really understand why it's even worth writing an article about it. Most people wear underwear. It'd be more of a worry if she didn't. Besides, it's very normal underwear that she's wearing, it's not even like...sexy underwear...or brightly coloured underwear. It's like, exactly what one would assume...so why? Haha.
