Will Call Tix

For those of you who have had to pick your tickets up at Will Call, do you have to show your TeamCeline card like in Vegas? I didn't want to take mine if I didn't have to. I don't want to lose it! Thanks so much!

I'm not sure. It may depend on the venue but all I needed in Anaheim was a photo ID.

 

That morning I had called the venue to discuss will-call protocol. It had been a year since I purchased the tickets, I'd driven 6 hours to get to the show location, and I wanted to make sure everything would work out before the actual night of the show. I'd also moved in between the date of purchase and the night of the show so I didn't have the original debit card I'd used. I was devastated when the staff of Ticketmaster told me I needed not only my ID, but my Team Céline card AND actual card I'd purchased it with. When I switched banks after my move I'd destroyed the old debit card. I spent several hours trying to find a way to get my hands on an old bank statement but it was a Saturday and nothing seemed to work. To my relief, I got a call from the venue who told me I only needed a photo ID.

 

I think it depends on the venue, honestly, as this is what I was told through Ticketmaster. Just to be sure, I'd take my ID, TC card, and if possible, the card you purchased the tickets with. If you weren't the one who purchased the tickets, they may ask for a photo copy of that persons card.

When I went to LV and went to pick up my Team Celine Will Call tickets they never asked for my TC card, just a photo ID. I had Will Call tickets for a recent Montreal Celine show (not fan club ones though just regular ones) and they just asked for the same thing a photo ID.
