Ray Posted December 27, 2013 at 01:02 PM Posted December 27, 2013 at 01:02 PM Last month Laura Pausini released a double cd called "20 - The Greatest Hits".It's been 20 years since Laura released her very first single La Solitudine. The album features almost 40 songs. I have to say this is probably the best Greatest Hits I've ever laid my hands on.It includes 15 re-sung versions of her hits, several new songs, live versions, duets (with Kylie Minogue, Lara Fabian, Michael Buble and more), never before released on an album tracks and so on.In the booklet she tells something about every song. The album is released in Italian and in Spanish. The deluxe edition includes a dvd with Laura telling her story, which includes a lot of clips of her singing as a teenager. 2 Quote Céline Dion Mariah Carey Madonna Lara Fabian Debbie Gibson Wilson Phillips Linda Eder Tina Arena Martika

Can't believe it's been 20 years already since La Solitudine ... I love that song!!! I bought the Spanish Edition of the 20-Greatest Hits, but I want the 2CD/DVD version asap ... but can't find it online ... I wish I could see her in concert sometime, but for now, watching her on DVD Live Concert is great ... Quote

Ray Posted December 28, 2013 at 03:22 PM Posted December 28, 2013 at 03:22 PM I knew it was released but was doubting whether or not to buy it. But my husband surprised me and bought both editions (Spanish 2CD and Itaian 2CD/1DVD) for Christmas. The deluxe edition is really worth it. The DVD is a long 'story' of Laura talking about the songs, going back to all the places she knew while growing up, lots of snippets of Laura singing while she was just a teenager. And I love the Kylie duet: 2 Quote Céline Dion Mariah Carey Madonna Lara Fabian Debbie Gibson Wilson Phillips Linda Eder Tina Arena Martika
