Celine Dion, imponente y carismática

 

GUADALAJARA, JALISCO.- Como toda una show woman, Dion ofreció un concierto, que sin tanta producción fue el gran cierre de la temporada en el recinto. "Esta es nuestra primera vez aquí y tengo que decirles que estamos muy contentos de estar aquí, en Guadalajara" afirmó la mezzosoprano al inicio del evento.

 

Celine Dion demostró que pese a su retiro temporal de los escenarios aún es la reina del espectáculo, pues no sólo dio una gran interpretación vocal sino que con sus "dotes histriónicos" entretuvo por casi dos horas a los más de 10 mil tapatíos que asistieron a la Arena.

 

Tras comentar que por primera vez su madre de 81 años la acompañaba a una gira, Dion comenzó su espectáculo. La cantante inició la velada con un sensual vestido rosa y a medida que avanzó la noche tuvo otros cinco cambios de vestuario que sin duda lució con el estilo y la elegancia que la caracteriza.

 

Cantó éxitos como The power of love y Because you loved me, cantó en francés e incluso a dueto con Andrea Bocelli, cuya imagen fue proyectada durante la canción The prayer en las tres pantallas dispuestas en el escenario.

Uno de los momentos más especiales del concierto fue la interpretación a capella de All by myself, canción con la cual Dion explotó su voz al máximo y se dejó escuchar en medio del silencio en la Arena.

 

Celine se hizo acompañar por cuatro parejas de bailarines con quienes interactuó parte del concierto, sobre todo para las canciones "movidas".

 

El frío no opacó la energía que se vivió anoche en la VFG, pues Dion encantó con su carisma a los tapatíos quienes no la dejaron ir sin interpretar la canción más esperada de la noche: My heart will go on, tema principal de la película Titanic, protagonizada por Leonardo DiCaprio y Kate Winslet.

 

Aunque esta fue la primera vez -en sus 27 años de carrera- que la cantante visita México, dejó la expectativa de que volverá y se despidió diciendo "Muchas gracias, los quiero, los quiero".

GUADALAJARA, JALISCO. - As a one woman show, Dion offered a concert that without much production was still a great closing of the season at the arena. "This is our first time here and I have to say that we are very happy to be here, in Guadalajara" declared the mezzosoprano at the beginning of the show.

 

Celine Dion demonstrated that in spite of her temporary retirement from the scene she is still the queen of the show, because she not only gave a great vocal interpretation but with her "doting histrionics" she entertained for almost two hours to more than 10 thousand tapatíos (people from Guadalajara) that were at the Arena.

 

After commenting that her mother of 81 was accompanying her for the first time on a tour, Dion began the show. The singer started the evening with a sensual pink dress and as the night progessed had five other clothes changes that without a doubt shone with the style and the elegance she characterizes.

 

She sang hits like The power of Love and Because You Loved Me, she even sang in French and include a duet with Andrea Bocelli, whose image was projected during the song The Prayer in the three screens designed for the set.

 

One of the most special moments of the concert was the interpretation of the capella All By Myself song with which Dion exploded her voice to the maximum and you could hear the silence in the Arena

 

Celine was accompanied by four pairs of dancers with whom she interacted with a portion of the show, mainly for "lively" songs.

 

The cold didn't gloom the energy that was alive last night at the VFG, because Dion enchanted with her charisma to the tapatíos that did not let go without interpreting the most awaited song of the night: My heart Will Go On, the main subject of the Titanic movie, carried out by Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet.

 

Although this was the first time - in her 27 years of her career, that the singer visited Mexico, she left the expectation that she will return and left saying " Thank you very much, I love you, I love you."
