Hi

I am really interested in film and cinematography, I hope to become a film director eventually. Well anyway I would just love to talk to like minded people. Does anyone know of a good film forum? If any of the australian members here know any australian forums that would be even better, but im not to fussed either way. I tried to google it but it didn't find any that looked that good.

This is probably a long shot I know

I encourage you to check out various film festivals within your country, state, or region. I've had very many wonderful experiences traveling the world, representing my organization, visiting various film festivals and film showcases, and selecting some of the world's best films for my own festival. I've even had the chance to be in the presence of people such as Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Clint Eastwood, Diego Luna, and the list goes on. It's really electrifying and inspiring to experience the art of the cinema and everything surrounding it.

 

Depending on where you live, there are several wonderful film festivals in Australia, including some gigantic, international ones, such as the Sydney Film Festival.
