Simon Posted October 11, 2008 at 04:40 PM Posted October 11, 2008 at 04:40 PM Have you heard what happend to her? Schapelle Leigh Corby (born 10 July 1977) is an Australian convicted and imprisoned in Indonesia for drug smuggling. Corby has maintained from the time of her arrest that the drugs were planted in her boogie board bag and that she did not know about them.[1] Her trial and conviction were a major focus of attention for the Australian media. Her current release date, with remissions, is 12 April 2024.Wikipedia Website:http://www.usp.com.au/freeschapelle/index.html http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd269/crrkc/schapelle7.jpg Quote You could see? CellyDee87 Posted October 11, 2008 at 11:00 PM Posted October 11, 2008 at 11:00 PM This has been in the media for such a long time now, sure the sentence is harsh, but I truly believe she is guilty, her whole family has a horrible track record with drugs there is so much evidence that points against her and in my opinion she couldn't fool the authorities with her "boogie board bag" story. If she is going to commit a crime in a foreign country she must be prepared to do the time on their conditions.I have no pity for drug smugglers, she may have been lucky in getting drugs through once before but this time she was caught out Quote
