Hi guys :)

As some of you may or may not know, I`m going to Italy in November. I`ll be staying in Rome but I plan to spend one night in Milan, and I want to take the train from Rome.

For those that live in Italy and have taken the train to Milan, do you know which is the cheapest train to take and the easiest? I would really appreciate your help :)

The best choice would be to book the EuroStar train (that is not the cheapest one) on http://www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html (you will recognize them from the icons http://www.trenitalia.com/en/i/trn_207.gif or http://www.trenitalia.com/en/i/trn_228.gif) and choose "Amica" as fare. It costs around 45€ for 2nd class, one way.

I agree. I used that one to go from Milan to Rome. About 4 hours of trip. The train is comfortable. I think you'll enjoy it.
