peo Posted September 27, 2008 at 01:47 AM Posted September 27, 2008 at 01:47 AM Does someone know how to put old songs from an old iPod to a new one without erasing them? Is it posible to connect a new iPod with the old iPod format and transfer the songs? stevethefan Posted September 27, 2008 at 03:41 AM Posted September 27, 2008 at 03:41 AM Aren't the songs also on your ITunes on your computer? If they are you can just send the same songs to your new or other Ipod. Quote
KimboCosmo Posted September 27, 2008 at 04:22 AM Posted September 27, 2008 at 04:22 AM The only thing I know is to just use your iTunes I've never had to do that...mine is still pretty new Quote http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/2765/48940711.png "You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep, because reality is finally better than your dreams." Céline's Blues Posted September 27, 2008 at 12:55 PM Posted September 27, 2008 at 12:55 PM Are you using mac or windows? I can point you to a programme that copies the songs from your iPod to your HDD and then once you plug the new iPod you can copy all the songs back to the new one. Quote http://i.imgur.com/dmreJ.jpg
Bellamy Posted September 27, 2008 at 01:07 PM Posted September 27, 2008 at 01:07 PM If your iTunes doesn't have songs of your old iPod, it won't sync the songs to the new ones. You will need a program copy songs from your old iPod to iTunes first, then sync to the new one. Quote Please support the forum by ordering everything through our special Amazon.com link Click here. SimplyCeline Posted September 27, 2008 at 05:14 PM Posted September 27, 2008 at 05:14 PM Ive been wondering about this for years! Always annoyed me that you couldnt transfer songs from your ipod to your computer. So what is this program you're talking about? Do you need to buy it or is it a free download from mac? Quote
