"My Love" is going for adds today, September 22nd, on AC radio stations in North America.

 

Gosh, I really hate to say this but I'm quite disappointed. I really thought it would be more like the live concert version with the accapella intro. This is just a scaled down, more accoustic version from the TC album. She sounds great but it lacks the emotion that it has during the live shows. Well, got my fingers crossed that radio in the US will pick it up anyway.

The below link is to request "My Love" from WLTW Lite FM in NYC. It's one of THE biggest AC stations in the US and they usually play all of Celine's new singles, however, they haven't yet added My Love.

i have just managed to get hold of a CD promo of this, 1 track, i was a little disapointed - all it has on it is the radio version! - but still excellent!

i was hoping for the live version as a promo, does anyone know if this exists yet?

I find it incredible that apparently "My Love" will be receiving a physical CD release in the UK. Sony decided to cancel the release of the "Taking Chances" single just days before it's release last year but yet are supporting this song from a greatest hits album. I'll be very interested to see how this does on the UK singles chart next month especially considering the support from Radio 2.

i dont get it, why a physical release just for a ballad of a 'Best Of" cd...

they've could do so much better with TC... if they decide to do some promotion on this why they didn't re-release TC instead of this, she has plenty of songs in the vault, and she could record some new ones.

then give it the promotion on Oprah, and if they want to have My Love as first single for it, okay, but at least it would make sense... :S

according to www.radioandrecords.com "My Love" is yet again the most added song to AC stations in America this week with 11 NEW radio station adds, compared to 10 adds last week.

 

Defintely seems to be catching on!!!

On Mediabase, it has cracked the top 30, climbing to number 27, so it will debut on Billboard's AC chart which is published later today.
