I came across a singer called "Karina Pasian" on youtube a while back and was just wondering if anyone had heard of her?

I think she has a really good voice, Listen to her "16 at War" aswell.

 

If I am correct, I believe she has been signed by Def Jam Records

Something in her voice reminds me sooo much of Ayo!

(see for example: "Down On Me Knees") I love Ayo sooo much, her way of expressing emotions....

 

But it's a different kind of music....

I glad you like Ayo!

I felt in love with her music when I first found "Down On My Knees" on YouTube.

Than I discovered some other songs of her, especially

and

and I got hooked! I bought her album and I really love it!

It sound so simple yet so pure and emotional...

 

You are right about Karina's label: her album on Amazon

Her sound is more like Alicia Keys though. Not exactely my pice of cake but her voice is indeed stunning and I love the song you linked in your first post!
