Hi there,

 

can anybody help me?

 

I´m TC member since 7 or 8 years.

Now my membership was expired. So I´ve made a new registration in TC.

 

I´ve got my confirmation by musictoday/teamceline with the activation-code.

I go to the registration site and write the number that I´ve got in the e-mail.

But it doesn´t work!

This is the notice:

Activate code is not a valid type - must be a registration code

In the mail: ..... Your activation code is.....

 

Where I find the "registration" code???

 

So I´ve paid and can not login to Teamceline since days...

You'll just have to send them an e-mail and let them know the code doesn't work and they'll activate you. I don't know of one person who has actually gotten their code to work. That's the awesome service you get from the world's WORST fanclub, lol!

The same problem happened to me some days ago. I called 'em, explained my problem and, some minutes later, I had my TeamCeline membership renewed. Edited September 6, 2008 by Costa Santos

I'm yet another one who's had the same problem. I e-mailed them and they sorted it out for me straight away. Nobody has bothered to explain, though, why this is happening and what they are doing to try to fix it. I always said that I wouldn't renew this year - I will DEFINITELY stick to my word next year. I'm yet another one who's had the same problem. I e-mailed them and they sorted it out for me straight away. Nobody has bothered to explain, though, why this is happening and what they are doing to try to fix it. I always said that I wouldn't renew this year - I will DEFINITELY stick to my word next year.

 

Yeah, the fan club has really gone down the tubes and I won't renew either...such crap...We pay MORE money, NO more contests (for M&Gs like they did with Vegas), get ONLY 2 tickets the entire tour, and this year I didn't even get a birthday e-mail from "Celine" like I have gotten in years past. You know what? They can take my money and shove it...I will not be renewing again. You can get a lot better seats that TC seats anyway!!!

It is best to call them. I called this week and they told me they are WAY BACKLOGGED! Their system was supposed to fix everyone's accounts in August but apparantly the system didn't work.

I'm trying to renew my membership and when I go to the link with the gifts, it doesn't let me go any further.

The fan club got me so confuse at first attempt. I also type in the code and it doesn't work. I thought I'd enter a wrong password or anything then I tried again and it works successfully. I was some kind of scared because a friend paid it all for me. So i wont just let money goes away like that.

They do sent birthday card?! Oh my!, my birthday will be on November. sorry for my question i haven't know this not until now. I'm a newbie at Teamceline got my membership on this September 2008.

Heh -- I had the same problem not so long ago. When I contacted them about it, they sorted it out and e-mailed me apologising for the "inconvenience". But it wasn't over yet. When I tried to log on with the password they provided me in the e-mail, I still couldn't log on to my account. Five days and three e-mail messages later, everything was working "fine".

Yes, you can get seats 10 rows away from the stage 2 weeks earlier. But tons of first rows wold appear on broker sites and ticketmaster later.
