I think You lost me is a mid-way between the Voice within and Beautiful. I love it!! I'm unhappy with people trying to bring her down; she's a talented young woman who can have attitude toward other people but it's okay she's just human..

I think this album, is the best she has ever done, so fresh, Dance orientated, I love all the dance songs, I actually dont like the slow songs at all, even the new one.

Aguilera files for divorce

LOS ANGELES - Pop star Christina Aguilera Thursday filed divorce papers seeking to end her five-year marriage to music executive Jordan Bratman.

 

Citing irreconcilable differences, Aguilera, 29, filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court just two days after confirming that she and Bratman had separated earlier this year.

 

The couple have a two year-old son, Max, and are asking for joint custody, according to the court documents posted on celebrity website TMZ.com.

 

Us Weekly magazine reported on Tuesday that the “Beautiful“ U.S. singer and her husband had split up a few months ago but had not made a decision on divorce.

 

The website quoted an unidentified source as saying that the pair had become “more like friends than husband and wife.”

 

Aguilera’s divorce papers said she and Bratman separated in early September.

 

Aguilera, who had a huge early hit with “Genie in a Bottle”, and Bratman married in November 2005. They met in 2002 while Jordan was working for Aguilera’s music management company.

 

A former Disney teen performer, Aguilera is due to star in her first feature film — the upcoming musical “Burlesque”.

Christina Aguilera is working on her 5th album. Hope she will do better than her Bionic album even though I loved Bionic but the negative press aka Perez Hilton wouldn't leave her alone and give the album the reviews that it deserved if he ever listened to the album (which I know he didn't bother listenning to)

As I said in the Berlesque topic, I loved her when she first came out. My favorite albums were the first two, her self-titled and Stripped. It was during Back To Basics, which was her last good one, that she started going down. I can really tell, both in the way she sings and in the way that her career is going downhill in much the same way as Mariah's did, that she is/was a fan of and was inspired/influenced by Mariah. She closely modeled her career/sound/voice after her, and being a big Mariah fan many years ago myself, who could blame her.

At first i laughed my #ss off, now I feel kinda bad for Christina after the national Anthem incident. she handled it great though. Is anyone watching The Voice on NBC this year? It started just last week, and, for those who don't know what it is, it is a singing-only contest. She and Blake shelton, an awesome country singer, the lead singer of Maroon 5 and some dude I have never heard of, each sit with their chairs back to the stage so they only hear the singer. If they like someone, they push a button and they are then able to see them. If more than one coach presses their button, the artist must choose whith professional coach they want. Each supper-star picks a team of 8 and the show will proceed from there. I am hooked and it's gonna be great, for Christina, for us and for the umpcoming singers. I wish I'd known about it so I could apply as it would have been perfect for me! people not seeing me is plus, LOL for those who do not know I am legally blind so hahahaha welcome to my world where it's all about the voice!

Okay i'm usually a Christina hater but i watched The Voice (amazing show!!) today and absolutely adore her on that show. She has such good advice!

I really get scared when Christina tries to sing high notes live. She can rarely hit the high notes of her own songs. But i like her singing style.
