He use to be a chef in NY and now for the show he goes around the world eating their food. He's a bit unorthodox. I consider him what HOUSE is for doctors, he is for chefs. He's a bad@$$, hilarious, eats like a horse, has a great narration syle and finds the heart in making food. You can go on youtube and find many of his shows. You'll be hooked too.
