Hey, folks!

 

Just got back from Celine's last concert this year in Montreal. And I can't believe I'm saying this, but she had more energy tonight than last night. You could tell that she gave 110%!

 

The opening act was the same act, but she received TWO standing ovations! She was touched very much. Her impressions of Celine and Rene are fantastic! And when Celine gave her opening remarks she commented on that again.

 

The set list, dresses, etc were the exact same. This time Celine received multiple standing ovations----there was a different energy in the Centre Bell tonight, I can't describe it.

 

We had yet another magical moment right after the first two lines of "My Love."

 

She was really spot on tonight. Even more than last night.

Highlights include: "Destin", "Et s'il n'en restait qu'une", "Taking Chances"---and "S'il suffisait d'aimer" was even better tonight. I had fantastic seats by one of the arms of the stage. Seeing her CLOSER is much better. She LOVED watching us, she smiled, played around, she ad libbed MORE than I've ever heard her do on this tour. She was so beautiful up close. She looks better than ever.

 

Once again, I recorded the whole audio of the show. I imagine it turned out better tonight as I didn't have the strange ladies in front of me talking tonight!

 

Oh yes, and we saw the message at the beginning of the show about it being recorded for a potential TV special and for a DVD.

 

There were so many "On t'aime, Celine" 's tonight! It was truly magical. Sad that it's over, but the memories are fantastic.

OMG the show was so great!! Celine had so much energy!!!! She give everything she had!!

This concert was magic!! We were so close to the place she sand TPOL and SISDA, INCREDIBLE!! (Thanks again and again Tam!!!)

After, we met everbody of the crew, was soooooooo great!! I also take a picture with my favorite dancer (Zack)!

Wow wow and wow, i had such a magic evening!!

I took millions of pictures and the video of LCMM, RDMH and TC :)

Next stop, NEW YORK!!! :w00t:

Actually 3, one after Ginette Reno, one after she said thanks to Celine and one at the end! :P

 

Of and i forgot! At the end, they film us for the DVD with the big banner "Merci Céline", during PQTMAE :clap:

did they have enough tourbooks at the show? i just want to get one but not if they are sold out. i want to try to get there early enough to get one. Edited by kathy4

I don't think they're always sold out. I think there are always huge loads of the tour books :)

I saw in Berlin, many people bought them after the show. The same was in Cracow, I guess.

Yeah when I went they still were selling tour books at the end of the show and they even had some people walking around during the show selling them inside the arena.

Thanks JP. I'm in H1 seat five row two for NY...so I wasn't sure if I would be on that side. It looks like it will be, depending on how many seats there are in row two since H1 extends across the catwalk. Le sigh...My Love is one of the shows highlights for me.

 

I'm wondering what pictures from quebec she added for the intro. Anyone have any videos up yet?

What happened during My Love then?? Was it the normal - people shouting to her ? I hope they have a really special My Love performance on the dvd.

My 1 sept bootleg sounds 60% better than the 31st---so if anyone can 'modify'/'edit'/'remaster' recordings and do well, let me know!!!

 

 

I also got a part of the soundcheck recorded, which was the mid-end of "Alone." I recorded it when I picked up my ticket at the Box Office. When I walked in I heard the band playing ESNRQ, but thought it was an instrumental track. Then I heard Celine messing around after it played---and then they started in the middle of ALONE! I quickly pulled out my recorder and got some of it. She ad libbed like woah!
