Celinenvegas Posted August 20, 2008 at 09:48 PM Posted August 20, 2008 at 09:48 PM For those of you who've gone to shows in both Boston and Montreal, can you please advise if the merchandise pricing was the same or different (if diff, what was the pricing that you can remember)? I'm going to the Aug 31st Montreal show then going to shows in the US and I'm trying to figure out if I should buy in Montreal or the US - whichever place turns out cheaper. I remember on the LTAL tour that it was much better to buy in Canada but the exchange rates aren't as favorable in the US now as 10 years ago. Thanks! Quote ~J O E Y~

I mean I understand their desire to cash in but still that was low of them. I didn't see any if the fans buying fake crap anyway. It was $10. Quote

Yeah I did not even really get to see what they looked like since I just walked right by. There are always people like that trying to make money like this at different concerts. I guess I can understand it to some extent. Some people may not want to spend the higher prices on the real stuff in the venue and they want something, so they buy the cheaper stuff. Of course people can't complain if the logos fade away quickly or the colors run if they buy this stuff. Edited September 2, 2008 at 01:07 AM by stevethefan Quote
kathy4 Posted September 2, 2008 at 01:06 PM Posted September 2, 2008 at 01:06 PM (edited) i always wondered why people have to sell stuff that aren't the real things outside the venue when everyone can buy the real things inside. at some shows that i have been to in the past have bought stuff outside the venue. i never understood where they get the designs to make the shirts and other things. i know that we would have to pay alittle more but i think the shirts and things last alittle longer. i have never bought anything outside the venue i have always bought inside.
