When talking about losing boyfriends and being barefoot she was referring to her music videos. She was saying how they are always so "complicated", she's always losing boyfriends, crying, miserable, being alone in the world... Then she continued saying how it's not true [in her personal life], she's the happiest in the world, she's surrounded by lots of people, she's married and so on.. At that time they were talking about shooting her new video for TTWII. She liked the freshness and simplicity of the video. This fake one was quite hilarious!!
