I recently heard about a Celine contest open to US residents only...are there any on this group who have entered anything like this lately? I have entered but it's one of those things based on VOTES....unfortunately I don't know that many people...

Celine Residents Only? Um, yeah I've entered various contests but none based on number of votes a participant received. Can you give us more info on this? Is this for ANY USA concert or a certain one? What's the deadline?
