Saw her live twice and she sure knows how to work a crowd. Good choice for a 1st single I guess. More fans out here ? I only songs I liked on that one was: Trouble, Catch Me While I'm Sleeping, Waiting For Love, Save My Life, Walk Away and Love Song. Then I got "I'm Not Dead" and it's friggin' fantastic! I got all the singles that had bonus songs on them and I'm surprised "Heartbreaker" wasn't on the album. So naturally I got "Mizunderstood" and I didn't think it was that great. Good choice for a 1st single I guess. More fans out here ? I also love her work... Saw her live 2 times here in Belgium last year and hell she can bring a great show! Even her vocals are great! She managed to receive an award in Belgium to be the first artist with a number which wasn't available in the stores to be several weeks on number 1 in the charts. For the Belgian radiostation "Q-Music" she did a small intimate showcase where the "Dear Mr. President" song was performed accoustic and was recorded. This version of Dear Mr. President received a lot of airplay on the radio's and was released as a download only song via I-Tunes. In no time the song hit the first place on the Belgian charts which was never seen before for a song that wasn't released on disc. I love several of her songs, and certainly her last album "I'm not dead". But I also like her previous work. Although I must admit that "Dear Mr. President" was and is my all time favourite from her... Last year she played it on a festival with several ten thousands of people and everybody went just quiet... After that she received a standing ovation for the song. Also in other countries this particular song scored high in the charts except for the USA where this song didn't received much airplay neither did it hit the charts. I actually never understand why, isn't it allowed in the USA to critism the president? I'm looking forward to her new album and would love to see her back on tour again. Quote ...

I guess in the USits seen as being unpatriotic when u criticise the president. Thats why the song didnt get any airplay. Only 1 station had the nerve andshe came down and paid them a visit to thank them. I saw her at Beatstad Festival last year in Holland and when she did Dear Mr President it was dead quiet towards the end almost everybody sang along (about 60.000 people) and she was completely overwhelmed by that. Afterwards she said Thank You in a quiet voice and you could even see tears in her eyes.
