i have no signature. help

hey guys , can anyone help me to get a signature. i have read other topics asking this but im still totally clueless. can anyone help me here and ill try one last time to have one. im good enough with computers but dont know how to get these photo shop things.

If you wan to make your own signature.... you can use Photoplus 6 which is free...

Hi again, ok i still cannot get a signature no matter what i do.I think me and computers do not work . Is it possible that anyone can give me a signature or do i need the software on my computer anyway?

I have downloaded that photoplus program but i had not a clue. And i dont understand how to get a the URL for my the pictures i try to use.

Maybe no one can help, but if they can i like pictures of celine with her short hair. Thank you

Can you actually work with an image in your software? If you just open an image from another source, do things (apply light effects or color changes or change size) to it using the software and then save it as a jpg. Then you need to register for an account on an image hosting site. I use Photobucket, but there's also ImageShack and some others I'm sure. Registration is free, so you create and account and upload your image to that website. When it's uploaded, part of the information the site provides for the file is the URL for using the image on websites and forums or sharing. You would select that URL using your mouse or sometimes if you just click in the box with the URL, it is automatically copied ( box will pop up saying "Copied" - at least that's how it works on Photobucket).

 

Then you would go into My Controls in this forum and go to Edit Signature. Just try to insert the iamge from the host site URL you copied. To do that, look at the top of the signature window that opened when you clicked on Edit Signature and just click on the icon that looks like a picture. If you hover your mouse over it, it says "Insert Image". When you click that, you will get a dialog box pop up. Don't click in it or anything, just hit Control-V to paste the URL in the box. Your image should then show in the signature window. If you like it, hit the Update Signature button underneath the edit signature window. It should then appear in all your posts.

 

Let me know if that's not clear and I'll try to clear it up.

 

Of course, there are many artists out here who would be more than happy to help you, but it might be fun for you to do your own. Particularly, if you have a specific image or concept in mind.

It will work for you Just save it to your computer, then upload it to photobucket, just to make sure you have it yourself.

 

Once you've done that...I'll explain how you make it your sig
