Celine performed this song in Eurovision 1989, two years before his released in Europe in world premiere (the song has been fresh recording at this time, because the song has been recording in march 1989). 1 Quote

Celine toured many countries to give interviews right after the contest, but they should have done something to keep the media talking about her. I think Rene was more interested in Germany first and once Celine knew how to hold a conversation in English, start an English speaking career. The song has been released after the huge success of Think Twice and this time, the song achieved a commercial success. yeah actually i think hes right coz i remember thinking that ina list of all celines releases on the uk charts it has where does my heart beat now listed twice and i thought that was weird - i dont think there was a ever a re release as such - it must have just been the same cd re peddled?
