I just got a notification from discogs that you are selling FIY LP for ¤327,-...

Then I saw your name... the same as you are using here, and I thought... why?

Why would you buy interesting stuff and then sell them for more...

I feel like... uhm... in Dutch... “voor de gek gehouden”.

So I notice that the When I Need You CD that you litteraly just got for $100 on eBay a few days ago, you are now selling for €300 on discogs.

Is there a reason why you have decided to sell something so quickly after having only just got it?

It always seems strange to me when people come on here buying and selling and buying again the same items in a relatively short period of time.

And by the way, €300 is way too much for anyone to buy that for. Hopefully none of our Celine fans here would be gullible enough to pay that much for it. As I’d hate to see collectors pay so much more than an item is worth.

Dealer rather than a fan??

Hello everyone, let me be clear and precise, yes I sell more than the price I paid When I Need You and Falling Into You.

These past months I left my madness for Celine to take and I spent a lot of money. Now, I need money for more important things. I really don't see where is the problem. If you buy something at a good price and sell later at a price higher than according to its value, this is business.

Then finally what is it? It's not you who have spent hours to find, it's me. To me it looks like mainly to jealousy. You know all like me When I Need You is very rare. If do you not like my explanation, it's your right, but this isn't my problem.

Good day to all.

Arno, I said it before when you tried to rip me off selling some stuff and I say it now: you're a scam.

And then you always say it's the same "reason" behind: you spend what it seems like hundrends or thousands of euros per month (or who knows how much in a day for that lot of hard to find promo singles delivered in just one week) and then you say you need money for more "important things". I strongly suggest seeking for help, really

Good day to all.

You have indeed every right to sell your items but you sold it within DAYS of buying it. Then proceeded to ask for 3 TIMES what you paid for it. Likewise I have every right as a collector and Celine fan to question this on a Celine collectors forum. Particularly one that you’re also a contributor on. As has already been pointed out, this is not the only time this type of behaviour has been noticed.

Also I can assure you, this has nothing to do with jealousy for me personally as I already own WINY, FIY lp and the vast majority of the genuine items that you’ve posted here.

BTW I would dissagree with your assesment of it’s value and say that it’s actual value is closer to what you paid than what you are selling for. Someone may well be wreckless enough to buy it for that amount, but it’s still overpriced in my opinion.

That's what I say Javito, I'm a person who has no limits. When I love, I spend without counting.

So for all of you, what is the exact price I should ask for the items? Maybe I should give them to you for free? I think you all forget too that when you buy items outside the European Union, I have to add half the final price in tax. Add the shipping charges recommended.

And finally, if I decide to resell some items from my collection, I did not steal anything. I paid them, I paid taxes on them, I paid a shipping fee on them. Another thing, if I left offers open on objects, it's for a good reason, not to look pretty.

I wish you a good day.

Anyway, whether you agree or not, I do not care. I sell my items to people interested. I pay fortunes for what I buy, I will not give you everything for free. Especially when I place my items on discogs, I am all the time at a lower price than those currently on sale. If you do not want to spend a lot of money on collector products, you should have been a fan of a less famous person.

I delete my profile because I do not want to take my head with hypocritical people who do not have the means to assume their passion and attack others for this reason.

Good luck to all, bye.

Let me get this straight. You’re saying that when you bought “When I Need You” for $100 on eBay, you also paid $50 on import taxes?

Oh looks like he’s gone already!

I think that tells us enough people.

So take care with that unlimited love of yours, I say

And then when you sell the items you have just received at home within just DAYS for 3x the price you paid... sorry but to me it looks more like some kind of compulsive buying disorder rather than a passion.

And no dear, no place for jeaulousy here, but for fairness to people who has been collecting Céline here for many years (probably decades), and much more time before you. And I remember when I tried to buy from you the Aun existe amor CD Promo, for like 300€, and after closing the deal for the 5th time and you agreed to sell it to me, then you said you sold it to someone else just because you got 50€ more

You're a ripoff.

Again, I think you need help.

Oh really?? And that's coming from one who just said he's selling his items within days after receiving them because he needs the money for "more important things"   (and it's not the first time you show this "regret" after buying dozens and dozens of rare items). Your coherence is awesome :giggle:

the problem is you seem like your buying them for the wrong reasons - if you did 'love' the item then you would keep it no matter what you paid for it surely? Not just sell it right afterwards...the problem is yr driving up the prices of items unrealistically and for people who actually want these things its adding to an unrealistic market place.

i think yr missing the point - people arnt angry for you at being basically a dealer...do what you want but just dont come on here pretending otherwise - this is a collectors section. Its not the right platform for you. No ones jealous trust me.

Oh no, I certainly have not left, I'm not the kind of person to let me do. I could post my account statements, but I do not have to do it because my money is not your business. I have indeed paid a lot of money for all these items, if after that I decide to resell some to have a return, this is definitely not your problem. OK? This is the first point!!! And finally, I will keep my profile here just to prove that you are wrong and that I do not run away :-)

The next, Javito, who are you to allow you to judge me? God? Celine would really be ashamed of fans like you, whether you admit it or not, your comments are filled with jealousy and hatred. You wanted to force me some time ago to sell you a very rare item at the price you wanted on the pretext that I had paid less, again, it's not your affair I sold this item at the price of its real value, if it bothers you because you could not afford to buy it, think about investing more money in your collection as I do. I'm not a cheap collector like you, I put money in my purchases. You were lucky to find a 25$ longbox just because the seller did not know what he was selling. It was the chance of your life, you will not have another one. I have nothing else to say to you, I have already used enough of my time for a bad person.

And finally, Hilda, I have not posted anything for sale here. I only posted my collection. If collectors allow me to post my sales profile from discogs, again, that's their problem and it's not my responsibility.

Then, for the people who allow themselves to say that I am not a fan, here is a picture of my collection including more than 350 objects and photos of my first concert tickets. I'm 34, I saw Céline for the first time in concert when I was 9, and you? I pay for each tour 500 to 700 € for my concert tickets and you? So please, do not let me judge because many people do not spend the money I spend to support my favorite artist all the time.

I only share with you my purchases and finds, the only return I received is malice. So think about your actions and stop taking yourself for god.

Whatever... :mdr:

Shall I remind you that you agreed up to 3-4 times to sell the item to me and you had agreed the price for 3-4 times. Then it's YOU who change your mind for the umpteenth time and say you are selling it to another person just because you get 50 € more, when you are selling items for INFLATED prices all over the place 3-4 times than what you paid or way more it's real value.

What has to do with it if I got a longbox for only $25? What longbox are you talking about? Yes indeed, I got a Taking Chances sealed longbox for $25 this month. And an ANDHC longbox for 6 euros some years ago. And I got Unison longbox (sealed) for like 10 euros in 2006. And I got 5 FIY LP copies for 8,90 euros each from an online record shop in 2005. So what? I don't come here boasting about it. You said it, I was lucky. Everyone has been lucky collecting with this or that item, some a few times, some others many times. But I don't have a buying disorder reselling items within a couple of days inflating the prices for 3x times more than what I paid, trying to ripoff people who maybe don't have the economic possibilities you have. Selling that When I Need You single for 300€ when you just paid $100 bucks for it is outrageous, and I hope you don't fool anyone with your practices.

Again, you're scam. This is not about jeaulousy, you got it all wrong. This is about being fair between collectors and fans. If you agree a deal and say the item is for a person for the third time, then you don't change your mind for the umpteenth time and ripoff someone for only 50 euros more. You're a scam seller and fan too

Well well well! That says it all! With this last statement, that defines the kind of person and scam fan you are. So it's all about the money for you

If you consider that a fan should be measured on the amount of money they spend on Céline, you have nothing understood about being a fan   :mdr:

I know nice people who runs fan pages and upload dozens of pictures and news about Céline daily but they don't spend money collecting, they just have the basics, and they show greater levels of fandom than you, dear

Collecting Céline doesn't define a fan. Collecting everything Céline has released doesn't make you a bigger fan and is not an obligation, but an option. If you have not understood this since the start, you have understood nothing :thumbsup2:

Sorry, I have to react on this one, although I decided for myself I would not react on your comments and keep me far away from this discussion.

But, fanhood is not measured in money or items you posess, or how often you have seen your idol.

Fanhood is never needed to be compared with other fans.

So totally happy today!

I got the Laserdisc of Live à Paris, for ‘seulement’ €15,-. And is indeed LP-size. (Never saw a laserdisc before, and also don’t know what to do with it as I don’t own a Laserdisc player *weird me*.

Can’t believe it.

It even has, on the shrink wrap, a sticker saying it was worth fl 69,95... that’s in guilders, the old Dutch currency before the Euro. Lol.

Also got the tourbook from Live 2017. Didn’t buy it in Arnhem, and regretted that. It’s in excellent state. Happy again.

Now... off for a 7k run. Have to land on earth again...
