meeting celine at the airport?

I have never been to try and meet celine at the airport, but i know many of you have during this tour. i have always wondered, how do you know what time and day she will arrive, and even more so how the hell do u know which door/exit point she will leave from?????

i've heard that for example in zurich, people just asked at the information desk and they got the information (ok, i have to say that the lady at the information desk never heard the word "privacy", i guess! )! strange that there weren't indications at the airport, like "----> céline dion arrives at 15pm: follow the yellow line"!

For one thing, I would like to know the same thing,But here in the USA ALLOT OF AIRPORTS have security check points so you can only go BUT so far.Since 911.

I guess it will be a lot more difficult in the US with all the security measurements. Europe was a piece of cake so it seems.

Especially considering the fact that most US Airports have corporate terminals...she won't be coming out through where the "normal" people are coming through. Most likely she'll be picked up as soon as she gets off the airplane.

It's not easy, my friend and I tried to see her in Frankfurt and Stuttgard airport, in Frankfurt, we were waiting at the wrong place, and when we found where she will arrived (13 km away from the main "airport"), we came too late.

 

In Stuttgart, we just asked where "private jet" arrived and then we found the place, we were waiting for almost 3 hours, we have seen her jet, arrived, but we were waiting at the wrong outdoor, the security guys told us that we were wrong once she was away. Qow e have waited for nothing, but almost we tried, it's not easy you must be lucky and as you all say in the USA, I guess it will be more difficult than in Europe.

I can actually picture that....operation "find the right gate"

 

But, Julian and a bunch of other fans managed to meet her at the airport in Munich. How did you do it guys? How did you know the right time and gate?

Many airports have seperate 'business terminals' away from the main terminal where private flights are landed.

I suspect that if Celine arrives in her private plane she would use that facility and therefore would not be seen walking through 'arrivals' with the general public.

 

So unless you know any Immigration Officers or airport staff to get inside info you might have a long wait!

You never know exactly the right time ... you just have to wait (and keep your fingers crossed!).

We waited for 4/5 hours on the street because in Italy they don't let you go into the private aeroports... We met her when she was already in the car, ready to go to the DatchForum.

 

Do you think it'll be a lot more difficult to meet her at the aeroporto in the USA?!

This is a very good Topic. I plan to find her in the airport in Minneapolis. Someone posted Earlier, it's difficult for US. And that couldn't be more right.

It is a fact that Celine will not fly into a major airport in the USA. Most likely it will be a smaller airport, the one that receives private jets and other aircraft such as cessnas, like Santa Monica or torrance or Van Nuys in LA.

Yes, when i met her at the airport in Zurich i asked at the information desk where was the exit for private plane, they told where it was and asked me if I was there for Céline. I waited 5 hours, and at 5 she went out... when she was in the hotel in Berlin it was more simply, because you are sure that she has to took the plane, and she always arrived at 5.. just in time for the soundcheck... now in the USA and Canada it's more difficult.. a lot... maybe you'll know in wich hotel she will stay... i don't know..

What's with waiting for her at the airport? Tracking her plain and waiting for her to land is a bit creepy if you ask me... And even before Osama you couldn't just get a terminal pass to go stalk Celine Dion LOL Seems like there's nowhere she's safe from SCFs these days.

I dont know i dont think I'd ever wait outside a hotel or airport for hours on end to meet Celine as much as I'd like to it seems a little...well odd to me. I told my friend I'd love to meet her and she called me a stalker because I wanted to...so yeah she'd definetly say I was stalking Celine if I waited outside a hotel or something lol she thinks I'm to obessesed as it is because I have alot of cd's.

 

and I don't mean this post to sound like I'm calling the people who have been lucky enough to meet her stalkers,I just think its a little intrusive on her private life to be waiting for her to come out of a hotel or airplane.
