Celine; before the break? or after it?

I dont want FIY part 2, or D'eux part 2 etc... she's evolving and even if she wouldn't have had that break, she would change her music style too... and like Bellamy said, Céline's still Céline to me, the girl who recorded La Voix Du Bon Dieu is the same one as who recorded Taking Chances... Well, I prefer the music and style (and visual) OF NOWADAYS, but I miss the profissional of the past. She REALLY wanted to do that. Since her comeback, she doesn't really care anymore.

I prefer both, she's always Céline. I think I listen to her cd's equally from before and after the break.

Though sometimes there comes a moment that I wish I could still go back to those Let's Talk About Love -times, to the beginning of my fandom.. But of course time passes and things change and evolve, that's just natural.

And talking about her style or looks, in my opinion she's in her best look now, she has never been more beautiful than she is now!

Well...since I consider FIY and TCOML to be absolute masterpieces and absolute PERFECT...of course I'm going to have to say I rpefer the era before her break. At least as far as English music goes. When it comes to the French songs she is as amazing as ever and she has never once faltered there; her French music keeps getting better and better and has been from day one I think the French value lyrics a lot more than English speaking people and I'm guessing (very freely) that the market there is different, that she doesn't need a "hit" as such and doesn't need to try and sound "right". In French, she's just Céline.

Celine is Celine, I love her both ways! I think that her music style changed slightly but it either way she is still fabulous! There is no one else out there that can sing any thing you hand her so flawlessly.
