im_your_angel_1 Posted June 27, 2008 at 07:45 PM Posted June 27, 2008 at 07:45 PM I'm going to my first concert ever. I get to see Celine in January in Miami. I've never been to a concert and I don't know what to wear.. What do most people wear to a concert? Do they just wear a lot of celine t-shirts and jeans , things like that.. Please help and give me some ideas.. I appreciate it... Quote

Don't wear anything too warm cos it will get hot in an indoor arena... Quote
pegasus Posted June 27, 2008 at 09:45 PM Posted June 27, 2008 at 09:45 PM Don't be concerned about what you wear, just wear your favorite clothes! Some people wear high heels and go for their best looks, but face it, Céline probably won't see what u will wear anyway. Just wear clothes that u like and that are comfortable. As for wearing Céline shirts, cool if u want others to see that ur a fan, but I wouldn't like to see my head everywhere if I were Céline I have some old Céline shirts lying in the closet. And I didn't want to buy one because I never wear em. But at the last show I went to I got one with the tour dates which I use as a pyama. Good thing about these new tourshirts is that they are fitted, the other ones I have are way oversized. And some of them are even nice to wear casually. Though they are too expensive to buy more then one IMO. I wore the same pants to 3 of 4 Céline concerts, just because they are my favourites (I did wash em in between the shows though ^^) Quote
Jacqui Posted June 28, 2008 at 01:50 AM Posted June 28, 2008 at 01:50 AM Whatever you want I wore dresses, but there were plenty of people in jeans or skirts, some in Celine T Shirts...unless the venue has a dress code, I don't think it matters too much Quote
Allie Posted June 28, 2008 at 12:15 PM Posted June 28, 2008 at 12:15 PM I agree with the others, wear whatever you want. For me though, I like to dress up. I have a few shirts I alternate between (my favorites, they are kind of dressy) and then I wear heels. Quote

A New Day Has Come Posted June 28, 2008 at 06:27 PM Posted June 28, 2008 at 06:27 PM Yeah I have no idea what to wear when I see Celine In Vancouver. Quote
Bralo20 Posted July 2, 2008 at 07:35 AM Posted July 2, 2008 at 07:35 AM Just wear what you like, even if it is a shirt and pants covered with paint No dress code is provided during the shows. It's not like going to the opera where people had to dress in a costume, even there it's not common anymore and people start to wear jeans to go to the opera Face it, the time of being overdressed for a concert is way past us at this time. It may have been so in the past but this time lies far past us... Some people will still dress like in the old days and look at you like your are a monkey with normal clothing but in fact they are the monkeys then with their costumes However, when you have VIP seats with dinner, etc... it can be appropriate to wear decent clothing (but even then a costume (or for the ladies a evening dress) is mostly not required) Quote ...
im_your_angel_1 Posted July 9, 2008 at 07:42 PM Author Posted July 9, 2008 at 07:42 PM Thanks everyone for all your help.. I've got a pretty good idea what to wear now.. I just wish the concert wasn't so far away.. Can't wait!! Quote
