Still, I wouldn't be surprised if Celine performs in those places. Her fanbase in "Middle America" is very strong. Then again, Moline and Champaign are about 120-160 miles from Chicago from what I know, so I don't know if tour dates would be added there. Though her fanbase in Middle America is strong, tour stops so close to one another are more viable in other parts of the country, (California, New York, etc.) and I don't know how justifiable they would be in Illinois. It's the biggest city between Chicago and St. Louis. I will be angry if she goes there, as I will be in France then!!! Moline is also under a lot of flooding right now, so planning there at present isn't good, especially since the I-wireless center's parking lot is under water. Moline is in a place called the Quad Cities---which combines Moline, Rock Island, Davenport (IA), and Bettendorf (IA). This would bring the tour to Iowa, too. Champaign, on the other hand is simply a university town. EDIT:I just got off the phone with the I-wirless center and they haven't heard anything about Celine coming to the venue.
