I mean, I don't hate the cover and would go as far and say that it is the worst cover... but still.. AC/DC's version is just phenomenally good and then there are some songs which should be left as 'originals'. It's like I would just go and beat the crap out of someone who would record MHWGO and release it. As for people who ONLY listen to rock and can't stand any other kind of music, OF COURSE Céline's cover of that song will sound terrible to them. (for example, WAWW). but her version of YSMANL is just an "ok" version for me. (at least it's not as bad as Feliz Navidad and WAWW). Quote

She knows as well as we do that there are people that HATE her!They have no reason but they just do. I love her version of I Wish and I really love her and anacacias version of you shook me. It was just fun... why do they have to take it seriously. I think it;s fab, and fun and different and I think they do suit her voice, because die hard fans all know that her voice is much more capable then sticking to just balads, other people dont know that and it's a surprise to them to hear her singing such a rock and roll-ish song! I also listened to AC DC's version of the song and I must that I did not like it all whatsoever. Then again, I am not a fan of rock music at all and so my opinion might be slightly biased, though unintentionally. However, I will say that Celine's covers are phenomenal, and in my opinion, even better than the original versions! Very few people can sing a song like Celine does! For example, Celine's covers such as The Power of Love, If You Asked Me To, All by Myself, When I Need You, I Drove All Night, etc., are exquisite and superb. On the other hand, even though I liked Celine's subdued version of At Last, the song does sound better when sung with more of a blues or jazz vibe, such as when Christina Aguilera covers the song.
