That's great news for Celine number 28 is not too shabby at all, and Oprah truly deserves that number 1 spot, she's just one of very few celebrities thats uses her fame in a positive way helping many people around the world she's amazing!

It was D'elles that got cited since it topped its MAIN TARGET MARKETS ( Francophone) unlike TCH w/c failed to reach no.1 in major Anglophone markets i.e. US and UK.

 

Only Beyonce and Madonna (who earned as much money as Celine) among the female singers are ahead in the rankings. That goes to show how RELEVANT Celine still is!
