hey guys..i am back now...it was fantastic but i have to say that die audience was much better in frankfurt...celine had a hard work to get the audience on their feet but while i am alive she made it and the atmosphere was great...the show was really great.celine spoke often german words and she talked about the win of the german soccer team in the european championchip...this was very nice and sweet..and the audience thanked this with a great aplause.then she sang a few lines of " we are the champions" to motivate the soccer team and the fans.i think this was quite spontaneous so i was very happy to hear different thinks from her in comparism to frankfurt.the songs were the same as in cologne. after the concert celine was leaving the stage trough the arena and was shanking hands and signing a few autographs.that was very cool but my seat was not on the side of the arena where she was leaving..that is pitty...but in does not matter because i had a fantastic night and now after only a little sleep i am now ready to leave for munich. i hope to see a few of you there!!!

I returned home from Hamburg early this morning.

As I already said before, it was a spontanous decision but I don't regret it at all!!

I got a last-minute ticket and it was a front row seat, haha!

 

Yeah, Kristin is right, the audience was very lame, in my section I was usually the first one to jump up and sometimes also the only one... Even the people in first few rows weren't about to stand up and join the party... *sigh*

And it was very far from sold out, sorry to say that but that's the fact.

 

I really enjoyed the part where Celine sang a few lines of "We Are The Champions" a capella!

I recorded everything again so a full show bootleg will follow soon.

 

Anyways, anewdayhascome, I have the Cologne bootleg ready but I just haven't got time to upload it yet.

 

It was fantastic to meet some nice fans again and to get to know a lot of new fans! There were many fans from German forum and we went to have a mel and drink after the concert - that was great and I'm looking forward to meet you soon again, guys!!

 

I also meet danger from this forum - was great to meet you and your b/f and once again sorry that after all I haven't got to wait with you at the central station 'til the first train home but I simply took my chance and gone by the car with a few other fans...

I hope we can spend more time together in Kraków!

 

Local radio station from Hamburg region has been interviewing fans before and after the concert. Today I heard a few of after the show fan reviews in the radio, all of them were very positive and enthusiasted!

 

All in one, I enjoyed this show very much too! Céline seemed to be in bad mood yesterday while leaving the hotel in Berlin (my friend has been there) and when reaching the arena in Hamburg but fortunately on stage she rocked and was totally into it!!! :clap:

I was one of the people Barbara met and I have to say that it was a faboulus show!!

 

Me and some other fans waited at the airport to welcome Céline. After that we went to the arena and met several fans there (mostly from the german forum).

What do you mean she was in bad mood leaving the hotel? How did it show?

I still not realize I was on the concert in Hamburg yesterday. Speaking honestly, I'm not able to find the right words for what I felt when I saw Celine. But let me try to start at the beginning .

 

Of couse I was really nervous, because it was my very first Celine concert. Another Celine fan (Sabrina) and I started to Hamburg at nearly 2 o' clock. We wanted to meet other fans on front of the Color Line Arena, but because of the traffic jam we were late and so I took the first gateway in Hamburg. It was near by the airport, so we decided to go there first, if we can see Celine to get an autograph or a pictures. Unfortunately Celine didn't stop. I really hoped I could give her my selfmade gift. I built a frog-lamp for her and actually I wanted to give it to her during the show.

When we arrived at the arena we had a great time with other fans - some new and some old ones. A woman from the radio station took some interviews with us and as I heard it was aired this morning.

 

At the entrance the security man said, I couldn't take my gift into the arena. I was shocked, and I had a big discussion with him. I told him I'm a fan since ten years now and it would be my very first Celine concert, and of course I didn't build the frog-lamp for hours, just to give it to him. He really felt sorry and he promised me, to give it to Celine. I have to say, I've trusted him. He was very friendly. With a heavy heart I left him without my gift. Later before the show started, I went back to him to ask what happend with my gift and he told me, my lamp and another big gift were already given to Celine. I really hope it's true. We'll see!

 

After buying some stuff I searched my seat and waited for Celine. When she came on stage, I couldn't believe it's really her. Oh my god - she's really existing!!! I was so fascinated!!! In my opinion she really made a great show, but the northern people are a little bit too restrained. Whenever I could I waved my Canada flag and took some pics, even the lent camera is not the best one.

 

Celine animated the audience and it was a great feeling to see standing up nearly 10000 people. Her voice was excellent and sometimes I asked myself, if it was live or playback. *lol* But because there were differences to the songs on the album I knew she was singing live. At the end she got standing ovations and when she left the stage she shaked a lot of hands. I couldn't believe it was to end now. The time was running so fast. I was sitting on my seat and tried to realize what I experienced. Guess what - when I get the chance I will do this again. I would like to thank Celine for the great moment in my life. She means lot to me!

After the concert some fans and I went to a 'cheap' but very good restaurant. I still knew it from the times when I lived in Hamburg. Meanwhile we were very hungry and thirsty. At about 1:15 a.m. we took our way home and at 2:45 I was at home. Even though I was very tired I couldn't sleep. Finally I felt asleep at 4:00 a.m.

 

Yes, that was one of my most exciting day in my life!

thanks for the review.......I completely understand HOW YOU FELT LIKE SEEING CELINE THE FIRST TIME...I had the same expierence a month ago...You first think it's a dream or something and you can't believe it that it is really her, standing on stage only some meters away from you.....I really hope for you that she got your beautiful present......

of course Celine received your gift! I'm working there now and then, and I know the security people from the Pütz company very well. They are really nice and honest, believe me! Thougt usually they have no direct access to the artists, they always hand over all such things to their crews. To be absolutely sure, you can call the arena under 040-88163-0 and a Pütz employee will pick up the phone, so you can ask him/her what happened to your gift.
