ROFLMAO!! Hillary neglected to use the song chosen by the fans, "I'm Alive", in her campaign and now she has to sing the blues with "Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda". OK... maybe I should be serious about this. I think Hillary is a MUCH better democratic candidate (experience and track record) than Obama, but she gets too much negative press.... and she has HEAVY baggage (philandering Bill). She needed to IGNORE the press & her advisors and listen to the PEOPLE. RADICAL change is needed in this country... and Obama is LISTENING! Hopefully he will fulfill the CHANGES that he has promised if he is elected president. I'm really hoping that they will come together and UNITE the democrat vote - Obama choosing Hillary as his running mate for VP! I guess we will find out this afternoon during the press conference scheduled at noon! Hillary neglected to use the song chosen by the fans, "I'm Alive", in her campaign and now she has to sing the blues with "Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda". I thought the Celine song chosen for her campaign was "You and I"? Either ways, yeah she did neglect to use it. Quote

If you can't even stick to a song your supporters and youself selected, how they can trust your other promises. Amen, Bellamy! This is one of the reasons I switched to Obama. I didn't not choose Clinton JUST because of this, but it was because of what you said. If she can't even "stick to her guns" about something as "trivial" as a campaign song that her fans picked then how in the world am I going to trust her with more important issues such as the environment, the war in Iraq, health care (or the lack there of), equal rights amongst everybody, immigration, etc., etc., etc. Btw, does anybody find it ironic that this was said right after I started the "Coulda Woulda Shoulda" Lovers thread a few days ago? LOL I'm just sayin'. Ha! - Joe Quote
beautyroses Posted June 7, 2008 at 05:25 PM Posted June 7, 2008 at 05:25 PM I really not interested in politics, but since hillary is Celine fans I like her to win.and I think a female should win the election ,it is nice to have a woman in the top of usa government Quote http://i893.photobucket.com/albums/ac137/Venus_1982/new1.jpgAngel of My World[/i]

Jacqui Posted June 8, 2008 at 03:29 AM Posted June 8, 2008 at 03:29 AM I heard she dropped You And I as the campaign song because she was criticised for using a Canadian person's music when they're in America, or something like that. Who knows. It still would have been better if she used Celine's song. It seems like you guys are taking a really really long time to pick a president though, I've been hearing about it for like, years... Quote

Amen to that I totaly agree with you on that some who drops a song for her campaign how can you trust someone, but I must admit that hillary has had bad publicty from the news. I'm a Obama fan all the way. Quote

SuperLove4Celine Posted June 10, 2008 at 05:31 PM Posted June 10, 2008 at 05:31 PM i never knew she dropped it! i have been wondering about it Yeah, it didn't take her very long to do so either. I think it was only a few weeks (maybe a month) after "You And I" was chosen that it flew away from Hilary's campaign. The main song I remember hearing her use was KT Tunstall's, "Suddenly I See." A great song, but again, not the one her supporters picked. - Joe Quote
