I have been a member for about 14 years and duly renew my membership each year before expiry. I did so this year in May and have an email confirmation from Music Today and have received my free gift in the post. I have just attempted to log in to TeamCeline as I need to print off my homepage as proof of membership for ticket collection at Stockholm tomorrow. i cannot login as it says my membership has expired! I have even just paid the $40 again as I thought it would be easier than trying to contact someone for help - but it still says expired. I have tried entering my activation code on the membership activation page (althoguh I don't remember doing thsi in previous years) and it says activation code is the wrong format!!?? I am really stresssed now as I want to be able to pick up my tickets! I have emailed Music Today but don't hold out much hope on a reply before tomorrow. I can't email Teamceline as I can't get into my account! Anyone any ideas?? Jen Quote

When I had a problem with my account, I sent them some e-mails but they never replied to them so I called them and they fixed the problem within 5 minutes! Here's the number: Tel: 001-434-244-7300 EDIT: You don't need the print out of your TeamCeline page if you have the TeamCeline membership card. So if they won't fix the problem for you that fast, just take your TC membership card with you. Good luck!! I'm sure you'll get your TC tickets for the concert tomorrow!!! I got a reminder e-mail the other week and i think that's equally valid as your tc page.
