It definitely looks like a Lanvin belt (a silk satin one perhaps? although can't tell if there's thathorizontal grain on the one she's wearing?). I couldn't find any variation of a bustier-peplum top ordress from Lanvin and the closest I could come up with is a Burberry Prorsum top from the Spring 2013RTW collection. Even the chest part on Celine's is different than the one shown on the model, andperhaps the peplum part too. And who even knows what the bottom looks like! It could be a pencil skirt for all we know. There'sYouTube videos of the event that people took from down below on the pool deck, which I have yet to view. [EDIT] Yup!
