I LOVE that coat! I've been thinking about it all day. Surprised it's Celine - looks more J Mendel to me. Looks great!

 

Also, I was thrilled to see her wearing those Tom Ford Cary sunglasses again! I bought a pair on eBay this summer. Love them - glad she does, too.

Yeah, that crossed my mind as well at first, but that type of waistline isn't "Versace" if you know what I mean. It seemed a bit more Reem Acra-ish to me, like this dress from 2007

I apologize in advance, I'm going to have to be a bit of a pain-in-the-you-know-what. I don't think Celine and Milla are wearing the same dress (but they're from the same collection), and here's why:

 

 

#1) It's almost impossible to see, and it could just be the screencap, but I think it's there... (see the not so subtle yellow arrows LOL)

#2) Notice the curves aren't the same? The ones on Milla's dress are slightly different
