Anyone have any idea what she uses on her eyebrows to fill in? I see her using a brush- is it a powder like eyeshadow? I think Celine/Scott draws in the start of her eyebrows ( either side of her nose ) and a little bit at the ends ( you can kinda see this from her Oprah appearance in HD from earlier this year ), but ur right i've seen her use a brush on her eyebrows but I think thats at the very begining before she applies anything to get them into place so to speak... but as we know since 2007 she likes to use a few of Scott's products, so check out what he has available and 'maybe' what she uses is available to buy.... Seems strange that the photo's a few years old and the belt is just now for sale on bluefly. It's definitely the right one, though. If you see some other pictures of it on Celine, you can see the little snap buckle things on the side, and the metal is interlaced in the same way.

It's a "Balenciaga Edition" piece, so it was never on the runway. The Edition collection are replicated pieces from Christóbal Balenciaga's 50-60's archives
